1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Continued use after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use our Services solely for lawful, ethical, and personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to create, upload, or distribute any adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing content.
• Generate, distribute, or promote deepfakes, face-swapped media, or any synthetic content that impersonates a real person without consent.
• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platforms or APIs.
• Attempt to use AI-generated results in ways that violate intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, algorithms, AI models, designs, and visual assets within our Services are owned by Code Knitters LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our intellectual property without written permission. By submitting input (e.g., prompts, images, or text) to our AI systems, you retain ownership of your input but grant us a license to process it solely for providing the requested Service.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies or unintended outcomes. Code Knitters makes no guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for specific purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it publicly or commercially.

5. Platform & Payment Compliance

If you access our apps via Apple App Store, Google Play, or make payments through Paddle, Stripe, or similar processors, you agree to comply with their Acceptable Use Policies. Any violation of these third-party platform rules—including adult content, illegal use, or misrepresentation—may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, process, and protect user data.

7. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

Code Knitters LLC complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Users from the EU, UK, and California have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. Requests may be sent to privacy@codeknitters.co.

We do not knowingly collect or target information from children under 13. Use of our Services implies consent to limited data processing by trusted partners such as Apple, Google, AdMob, Firebase, and other analytics or advertising providers, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Knitters LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services. All use is at your own discretion and risk.
